  • Facebook only supports fetching comments from Facebook Page posts, and you must have administrator access to that Page.
  • Instagram must be a business or creator account, and it must be connected to your Facebook Page.
  • Your comment data will only be displayed on the current web page and used for campaign filtering. We will not store your data on the server.
  • All permissions and data access strictly follow each platform privacy policy, including Facebook, Instagram, Threads and YouTube/Google platforms.
  • You can revoke access for this tool at any time in each platform security and authorization management settings.
